Returns & Exchanges

At Disha Publication, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location using the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
